Electrical Design
- Site visit to review existing conditions on site.
- Utility coordination with governing supply agencies and owner providing the existing record documents.
- Meetings to discuss appropriate electrical and mechanical
equipment and options.
- Lighting consultation to establish building lighting parameters and controls required.
- Lighting consultation to establish exterior site and parking lot parameters and controls required.
- Fixture, panel, equipment schedules, single line diagram and product literature cut sheets as required.
- Coordination with architectural and mechanical systems to provide power and/or conduit diagrams.
- Computer and telephone locations per owner's requests.
